About Us

We have been helping people move since 1985 under the umbrella of the mother company Suntra Express.
In 2015 we decided to enhance and expand our moving services to be able to provide clients with a complete and easy moving experience.

With 3azelly we are able to handle your needs from A-Z, from disassembling and reassembling furniture to packing and moving all your belongings. We handle all your belongings from your clothes to the largest items such as furniture. With our long term experience we are also able to pack all fragile items ensuring that no damages occur to them during your moving experience. Our packers and movers have been in the field for over 20 years and trained by highly qualified Japanese expertise and are assisted by our fleet of trucks to accommodate all your valuables.

Our Services

Corporate and office moving

We move offices or any corporate related logistics within Egypt and internationally in cooperation with prominent international partners. We handle your documents, personal office items to the largest of corporate items such as desks and servers. Our fleet of trucks have different loading capacities as well as cranes and other equipment to accommodate all kinds of entrances, floors and road conditions.

International and domestic moving

Moving you from your old home to your new home within Egypt or internationally. We are able to handle disassembling of your furniture, packing all your items, moving to the new location and finally unpacking and reassembling all items and furniture back in the instructed place. We try to ensure that your moving experience is as carefree for you as possible.

Packing

To provide you with the best service, tailored to suite your needs. If requested we can provide only packing services, for you to ensure your personal or commercial items are moved safely and can endure any weather or transport conditions. We can also safely pack your belongings in a manner that can withhold any storage conditions for any period of time.

Survey

A free visit to your home is scheduled to survey all items that will be packed and moved as well as entrances and stairs to be able to calculate the packing material, number of manpower and trucks needed to quote you. The survey also allows us to collect from you all the information needed to ensure you with a customized service.

Moving Tips & Tricks

Pack needed items together

Make sure to pack immediately needed items together in one or a few boxes clearly labeled or placed separately so you can access them easily without having to unpack everything.

Defrost your refrigerator

Unplug and defrost refrigerator at least 24-48 hours prior to moving. Make sure your refrigerator is dry so that it does not cause a wet mess while moving.

Heaver items, the smaller box

Use smaller boxes for heavier items to prevent the box from ripping and for easier handling within your house.

Padding fragile items

Place soft and light items such as pillows or clothes in empty spaces especially with fragile items for padding as well as usage of such space.

Pack each room separately

Pack each room in different boxes and clearly label them with colored tape or marker.

Packing fragile plates

Use foam plates, one in between your ceramic plates to protect them from breaking.

Memorizing your cords

Take a photo of your cords before you disconnect them so that you can remember where they belonged.

Keep nails and screws together

When taking apart furniture, make sure to place the removed nails and screws together in a zip-lock bag and attach it to the furniture you are disassembling.

Survey

Quotation

A quotation is calculated based on the survey and sent to you by mail within 24 working hours providing you with full information on cost, time and requirements for your move.

Scheduling

Once the quotation is confirmed, fixed dates and times for packing and moving are scheduled.

Packing

At the agreed upon date and time we begin unassembling if requested, packing, numbering and labeling your belongings. We provide you with a final collective list of numbered packages and their contents.

Moving

Our trip begins with loading the trucks with your belongings and moving them to your new location or to the port of departure if internationally with our own fleet of closed trucks to ensure safety and protection, tracked by our GPS tracking devices.

Unpacking

At destination, offloading of trucks, reassembling of furniture if requested and unpacking if requested finalize our move.

Follow up

We follow up all our moves with an email or phone call to gather feedback from our clients on our service and to ensure all your belongings are safely in place.
